A Flight Award Redemption request must be submitted before or with the submission of Miles Top Up Request.
Members must submit the Miles Top request at least five (05) working days prior to date of departure.
Miles can only be purchased and redeemed for Flight Award tickets issued on Royal Brunei Airlines, unless otherwise specified.
Miles must be purchased in blocks of 1,000 miles with a minimum purchase of 1,000 miles.
Miles can only be purchased for a specific award flight and must be redeemed immediately.
Miles purchased are non-refundable.
No show fee applies. Other Royal Skies Terms and Conditions apply.
Not applicable for other Royal Skies award redemptions.
