Please note that during this time, print-at-home boarding passes are temporarily unavailable. Kindly proceed to check-in counters for entry/exit approval verification and boarding pass collection. Check-in counters at the airport open two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure. Online/mobile check-in remains unavailable for flights departing to Singapore. It is our guests' responsibility to ensure they meet the strict travel criteria and have all appropriate approvals and documentations to enter/depart any country. From 21 February 2022, all fully vaccinated visa holders can travel to Australia without a travel exemption. However, all guests arriving in Australia who do not meet the criteria will be subjected to Australia's travel restrictions and state or territory quarantine requirements of the jurisdiction where they come into Australia. If you do not meet the criteria and wish to travel to Australia, please contact Royal Brunei Airlines to make arrangements. Please take note that you may be denied check-in if you do not meet the criteria.
