According to the Brunei Government’s enhanced movement restrictions from 4 October 2021 until 17 October 2021, please be informed that flights on Royal Brunei Airlines past the restricted hours (2000hrs to 0400hrs) remain unaffected.

Guests who are travelling on these flights must:

Keep a printed or digital flight ticket available for the accompanying driver as proof for the police at any routine checkpoint. The flight must be on the same day.
Only ONE (1) accompanying driver per car.
Once at the airport, the accompanying driver will remain in the car.
The accompanying driver must leave the airport immediately after drop off.

Following the announcement of enhanced local restrictions in Brunei, please be advised RB Plaza Office will be closed to walk-in guests with immediate effect and RB Airport Service Centre remains closed.

The RB Customer Service Centre Call Centre will operate on reduced operating agents and are available Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm, Sunday from 8am to 1pm.

Guests can opt to leave a voice message for our agents to call back once they are available or email us at brunei.callcentre@rba.com.bn. We value your understanding and support is valued through the period of temporary working measures.
