Australia has announced that its borders will gradually re-open from 00:01 AEST on 1 November 2021. Australian citizens, permanent residents, and immediate family members, who are fully vaccinated, can exit and enter Australia without seeking an exemption.

Guests are required to meet the following criteria for travel:

• You are an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• • If you are a foreign national (including immediate family members of Australian citizens and permanent residents, i.e. a spouse, a de facto partner, a dependent child, a legal guardian or a parent), you must hold a valid visa and a travel restriction exemption.
• Be fully vaccinated with a TGA approved or recognised vaccine at least 7 days prior to arrival in Australia. Children under the age of 12 and those who cannot be vaccinated due to a medical condition are exempted from this requirement.
• • Two doses at least 14 days apart of:
    • AstraZeneca Vaxzevria
    • AstraZeneca COVISHIELD
    • Pfizer/BioNTech Comirnaty
    • Moderna Spikevax
    • Sinovac Coronavac
    • Bharat Covaxin
    • Sinopharm BBIBP-CorV (for ages 18-60 only)
  • Or one dose of:
    • Janssen-Cilag

• Present a valid vaccination certificate in English, or accompanied by a certified translation
  • If you are vaccinated in Australia, the Australian Government issued International Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (ICVC) is accepted; or
  • If you are vaccinated outside of Australia, a paper or digital vaccination certification issued by a national or state/provincial level authority or accredited vaccination provider, with the following information:
    • the passenger’s name as it appears in the passport
    • either the passenger’s date of birth or passport number
    • the vaccine brand name; and
    • either the date of each dose or the date on which the passenger completed a full course of immunisation.
• Present a negative result for a PCR test taken within 3 days before flight departure.
• Complete the Australia Travel Declaration at least 72 hours before flight departure.
• Comply with all other requirements set-forth by the Australian government and state/territories. Please check the latest requirements to confirm your eligibility before booking.

All guests arriving into Australia who do not meet these criteria will be subjected to Australia’s travel restrictions as well as state or territory quarantine requirements of the jurisdiction where they arrive into Australia. Masks are mandatory for the duration of the flight and while in Australian airports, and should also be worn in airports in other countries.

To minimise the spread of COVID-19, Singapore has implemented public health and immigration measures.

Guest will not be allowed to board the aircraft for a flight if he or she:

1. has a fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, anosmia (loss of sense of smell), or shortness of breath;
2. has been diagnosed or suspected to have COVID-19 infection in the last 21 days;
3. has had close contact with any case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days; or
4. displays any of the COVID-19 symptoms

All guests, regardless of nationality, are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival in Singapore.

Effective 31 January 2021 2359 hours, visitors applying to enter Singapore will need to have travel insurance for their COVID-19-related medical treatment and hospitalisation costs in Singapore, with a minimum coverage of S$30,000. The travel insurance will help them pay for the costs of their medical treatment in Singapore should they be suspected of being infected with COVID-19 or require medical treatment for COVID-19 while in Singapore. The visitors can purchase the travel insurance from Singapore-based or overseas insurers. A list of available insurance products can be found at the SafeTravel website.

Applications for the Air Travel Pass (ATP) for short-term visitors travelling from Brunei Darussalam to Singapore is suspended with immediate effect. This will be replaced with Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) in which application is open from 1 September 2021 for entry into Singapore from 8 September 2021.

In accordance with the Philippines Department of Transport, guests entering and departing from Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) are required to wear a face shield and face mask onboard the aircraft and at the airport. Guests are reminded to bring your own face shield and face mask. All passengers are required to download and register an account in the TRAZE CONTACT TRACING mobile app prior to entering The Philippines.

In compliance with Philippine regulations, the Inter-Agency Task Force on the management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), guests are required to follow the arrival and quarantine protocols for non-OFWs and returning Overseas Filipinos & Foreign Nationals when travelling to the Philippines. Guests are reminded that it is your responsibility to follow, meet all entry/exit guidelines of the Philippines and pre-book Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ)-accredited quarantine hotel.

The Philippine Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) has implemented a paperless solution for the Health monitoring and contact tracing process through the One Health Registration and Electronic Health Declaration Certificate (e-HDC). All passengers are mandated to register to the BOQ One Health Pass (OHP) to declare their personal information, health status, and travel history. Here’s the two-step registration process:

• Step 1: One Health Pass Registration

Prior to the Departure date, register through https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph and complete all required fields. Please ensure that a copy of the unique Transaction Number is saved. This number will be required for the e-HDC Registration on the day of departure.

• Step 2: Electronic Health Declaration Certificate (e-HDC)

On the day of Departure, all passengers must fill up the e-HDC at https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/ by entering the unique Transaction Number generated during the One Health Pass Registration. This will allow the passengers to retrieve their records which will direct the passengers to the Health Declaration process. Upon completing all the information, the passenger will receive a unique QR code which will be required during Check in. It is recommended to have a screenshot saved on your mobile phones or a print out (if registration is done through a PC workstation/laptop) to avoid any inconveniences during Check in. Children and Infants should have individual One Health Pass and e-HDC Registration. Parents can do the registration on their behalf and ensure that a file of the QR Code of each passenger is saved. This e-HDC QR code is subject for validation upon arrival in the Philippines.

Passengers will not be allowed to board unless the process is completed.

Essential information to enter England from overseas

From 4am Monday 4 October 2021, the rules for international travel to England will change from the red, amber, green traffic light system to a single red list of countries and simplified travel measures for arrivals from the rest of the world. The rules for travel from countries and territories not on the red list will depend on your vaccination status.

You will qualify as fully vaccinated if you are vaccinated either:

• under an approved vaccination programme in the UK, Europe, USA or UK vaccine programme overseas
• with a full course of the Oxford/AstraZeneca, Pfizer BioNTech, Moderna or Janssen vaccines from a relevant public health body in Australia, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Bahrain, Brunei, Canada, Dominica, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan or the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

You must have had a complete course of an approved vaccine at least 14 days before you arrive in England.

You must be able to prove that you have been fully vaccinated (plus 14 days) with a document (digital or paper-based) from a national or state-level public health body that includes, as a minimum:

• forename/first name and last name/surname(s)
• date of birth
• vaccine brand and manufacturer
• date of vaccination for every dose
• country or territory of vaccination and/or certificate issuer

If your document from a public health body does not include all of these, you must follow the non-vaccinated rules. If not, you may be denied boarding.

The rules for fully vaccinated people will also apply if you are either:

• under 18 and resident in the UK or one of the listed countries or territories with approved vaccination programmes
• taking part in an approved COVID-19 vaccine trial in the UK or USA – in due course, we expect to extend this to other countries

Failure to comply with these measures is a criminal offence and you could be fined.

Effective 1 December 2020, All China-bound guests, regardless of nationalities, are required to present a green HS code (Chinese nationals) or HDC code (Foreign nationals) on their mobile devices or in print in order to board the flight. Guests are advised to upload copies of their negative COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) result and a negative IgM anti-body test from an authorized testing institution; within 2 days before boarding via Wechat (Chinese nationals) or website https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5 (Foreign nationals) and fill in the required information. The Chinese Embassy will issue a green HS code (Chinese nationals) or HDC code (Foreign nationals) as soon as it verifies the results. Guests who fail to present all required documents will be denied boarding.

Effective 20 May 2021, all travellers into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, except for Saudi citizens, are required to complete institutional quarantine at their own expense starting from the time of arrival at the institutional quarantine facilities. Travellers must have valid medical insurance to cover the treatment of COVID-19. The medical insurance should also cover the costs of treatment in outpatient clinics, emergencies, and hospitals; including institutional quarantine for a period of up to 14 days.

Immune travellers must fill out the Registration Immunization Information Form before traveling to the Kingdom to allow them to register their immunization data which will enable them to use TAWAKKALNA APP. This does not apply to Saudi Citizens and exempted categories.
