Online Request Form due to COVID-19 Outbreak

Royal Brunei Airlines is giving guests peace of mind by providing guests the option of full refund (RB credit voucher) or rebooking to a new travel date. This will be applicable for all new and existing tickets issued for travel up to 31 March 2021. This only applies to guests on affected flights.

Guests who choose to cancel their existing flight itineraries and are issued a credit voucher may utilise their credit voucher within 12 months of the voucher issuance. The credit voucher may be redeemed for future flights on any RB route.

As we are experiencing high call volumes, please refrain from calling unless you’re travelling in the next 72 hours so we can help those needing urgent rebooking. Otherwise, please submit your request through this form.

This form is only applicable for tickets purchased directly from Royal Brunei Airlines. Guests who have booked their tickets through travel agencies are advised to contact their travel agents for assistance.
